Our Pastor

Rev. Suzanne Goodwin

Pastor Suzanne is pleased to have been appointed to serve at Mason First UMC in 2019.  Suzanne attended Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary and has been working in church ministry since 2002.  She has served in music, youth, and program ministry and most recently served as the Associate Pastor at Orchard UMC in Farmington Hills.

Suzanne loves teaching and theological discussion that helps people to grow in faith.

She and her husband Jim have three grown sons – Sean, John, and Cody.  Suzanne loves music, playing golf, and spending time up north with her husband.

Laurie Reed

Laurie has attended Mason First since she was 8 years old and joined the staff in 2021. Prior to becoming the Family Ministries Director, she was the manager at Kean’s Store Company where she was employed for 20 years. Laurie has called Mason home her entire life and enjoys reading, antiquing, and spending time with her family.
